Overview
MacOS Cleaner is a free, native cleaner and uninstaller for macOS 26+, built with Swift 6 and SwiftUI. It scans 55 cleanup categories, including Xcode, Docker and other developer toolchains and local AI model caches, finds app leftovers and duplicates, and includes a disk analyzer.
Everything is shown for review first: caches and logs are deleted after path validation, while uninstalled apps and duplicates go to the Trash. Available in 14 languages. Requires macOS 26 and Apple Silicon (Intel is not officially supported).
Ad-hoc signed, not notarized (first launch: Privacy & Security > Open Anyway). The app checks GitHub Releases for updates on launch. Source-available under GPLv3 + Commons Clause.
